As we sat around that table, munching on the few vegan cheese options that we could find,
we realized these options weren’t quite hitting the spot.

Right then and there, we knew we had to do something about it.

Inspired by global cultures, we set out to make cheeses that would transport your taste buds to places they never even knew existed.

And so, fueled by this passion, we dove into research and experiments and discovered the art of fermentation and the limitless possibilities it offered. It was eye-opening!

As we discovered a whole new world of possibilities, we realized that these microbiological cultures were not just ingredients; they were the secret keys to unlocking flavor profiles that were bold, complex, and utterly mind-blowing.
