What is fermented vegan cheese? 

We make fermented food inclusive for all. Regardless if you are a vegan, non-vegan, vegetarian, plant-based, we welcome all as we are all Cultured here.

Currently, animal proteins poses one of the biggest challenges to the environment and economic impacts. Let's take a step back and see what our ancestors have been doing for generations... fermented foods.

Fermented foods are a beneficial and nutrient-rich source of protein, probiotics and other health-promoting compounds. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and beneficial enzymes, consuming fermented foods can improve gut health and promote digestive balance. Studies have found that fermentation may even boost the absorption of minerals and other nutrients found in the food. And all this is sans the environmental impact of animal protein!

What is the shelf-life for the cheezes?

Our products will generally keep up to 1 month if refregerated or up to 3 months if frozen.

What is the best way to store the products?

There are many ways to store our products. You can simply store them in the fridge or freezer in their original packaging unopened. After opening you can still store them in their boxes or alternatively, transfer the product into an airtight container.

If using the original box, try not to store towards the back of the fridge where there’s more condensation as the increased moisture here may cause the products to turn mouldy quicker than expected.

Why is my product tangy?

All our products have a natural tang to them due to the fact that they are all cultured. Some customers find this too tangy; some find it not tangy enough. Strongly flavoured products such as our Ethiopian Spice, Smoked or Truffle flavours will have less of a tang due to the strength of flavouring.

Delivery, Pickup & Returns

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do! We deliver to all of Hong Kong except for Outlying Islands or Ma Wan.

We have a standard flat fee of HKD 80 to HK Island and HKD 85 to Kowloon.

Our orders dispatch within 4 working days. If you have a specific time or date in mind that you would like deliver or pick-up, please let us know in the Notes section at Checkout.
